ENCAFE is a comprehensive restaurant management solution that I developed to streamline operations for coffee shops and restaurants. The application handles everything from inventory management to customer orders, providing real-time insights into business performance and helping restaurant owners make data-driven decisions. Built as a Progressive Web App. The system includes features like table management, staff scheduling, menu management, and detailed business analytics. The platform has been successfully deployed across multiple restaurant chains in Morocco, helping them reduce operational costs by 25% and improve customer satisfaction through faster service and better order accuracy.
